President

Pete Schill has been President/Owner of Schill Insurance Group for the past 32 years.

Pete spent his first 5 years in the business in personal production, and then, spent 10 years as a general agent for two major life insurance companies.

Pete has been a qualifying life member of the Million Dollar Round Table for the past 42 years.

MDRT producers represent the top 5% of all licensed producers in the life, annuity and employee benefits industry.

Blake Schill

Vice President

Blake joined Schill Insurance Group in 2013. After graduating from St. Michael's College in 2011, Blake spent a year in Charlotte, NC as a broker for a major insurance company specializing in group insurance. He moved back to Vermont and shortly thereafter began working for Schill Insurance Group.
